VoyageAI Travel Suite provides travel planning, discovery, itinerary, budgeting and document tools. VoyageAI is not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel.

Reservations are made through your authorized travel advisor and their affiliated agency and supplier systems. Those parties' terms govern the reservation itself.

You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler names, documents and travel dates you provide.

Prices, availability and inventory shown for planning purposes are estimates and are only confirmed on the authorized booking system.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the supplier and your advisor under the applicable fare or rate rules.

A booking is only confirmed when a supplier confirmation number is issued.

We store the trip, itinerary, budget and document data you create, plus a record of booking activity used to attribute your trip to your advisor.

VoyageAI never stores payment card numbers. Payment is captured by the supplier or agency payment processor.

Your data is protected with row-level security so only you, your assigned advisor and platform administrators can access it.

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time.

Your account may be associated with an independent travel advisor. Bookings routed through VoyageAI preserve that advisor relationship and attribution.

Independent advisors are affiliated with a host agency and are compensated by suppliers through commissions on completed travel.

Advisor recommendations may be influenced by supplier relationships. You are never obligated to book any recommendation.

Commissions do not change the price you pay and do not affect the AI scores or rankings shown in planning results.

AI recommendations, itineraries, hidden gems and estimates are generated content and may be incomplete or out of date.
